**TRUDAT= Truth Realized Under Deep Analytical Thought **
Everyone needs to be Tru & to themselves. We all have our own personal truth. So many times we get wrapped up in the truth of others(Super stars, Celebrities) and what they're doing that we forget to be tru to ourselves, no matter what that truth means( BE YOU). TRUDAT leads us to remember that our personal truth must be realized under deep analytical thought. We have to resort back to using our minds and the power of thought so that "we can create our realities" that we envision.
